Call Committee: On Sunday, August 27, we held a Call Service and the congregation voted unanimously to extend a Call to Rev. David Schroeder of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Excelsior, MN. Please keep him, his current congregation, and Advent in your prayers that the Lord might lead him to a clear decision as to where He wants him to serve. Pastor Dave has received the Call Documents and will be planning a visit. He will give us a decision by Sunday, September 24. We will update you via email, bulletin announcements, and our website as soon as we hear anything.
Pictures: Beginning on September 10, we will start taking pictures of members and friends during fellowship time. You may indicate which Sunday you prefer on a schedule posted on bulletin boards in the hallway and in the Fellowship Hall.
Back to School pictures – You are invited to bring first day of school photos of your children, grandchildren, and other important people in your lives. 75th Anniversary Celebration: Our Savior Lutheran Church in Raleigh will be celebrating its 75th anniversary on Sunday, September 10, 2017 with a Worship Service at 4:00 p.m. The guest preacher will be Rev.
